   We have a bridge in our city, and about once a month without fail a truck gets wedged into a small toll both

   We laugh, silly truck drivers not going in the correct lane! But after the 20th, 30th, 50th one, you start to realize that maybe the people designing it just… didn't do a great job?

   You can blame website vendors all you want, but the system permits that behavior is just not well thought out
