Family of CNN journalist killed in Israeli strike Nine family members of CNN producer Ibrahim Dahman in northern Gaza were killed in an Israeli attack on a relative’s home. At least two other relatives are in critical condition and more remained buried in the debris in Beit Lahiya. Dahman’s family home in Gaza City was also destroyed on Sunday. “They were extremely peaceful and simple people, and their entire lives were devoted solely to work and raising their sons and daughters. They have no affiliation with any organisation or group,” Dahman was quoted saying.

This is the #freedom and #democracy that the #west exports to us. This is what it means to live next to the only democracy in the Middle East.
If Israel isn't an argument against western democracy, I don't know what is.
