A figure that shows, as bars, that existing fossil fuel infrastructure is greatly at odds with a carbon budget of 1.5°C, and adding what it planned also 2°C. Existing and proposed new infrastructure consuming fossil fuels also are my far nicht compatible with the 1.5°C carbon budget.
