   More than 660 Jews have called on the Metropolitan Police to reverse a ban on a planned pro-Palestine protest assembling at the BBC in London later this week.

   In a statement, the Jewish Voice for Labour (JVL) group criticized the ban as bowing to "partisan campaigning aimed at preventing peaceful and lawful assembly."

   The groups said that the police had faced "strong pressure from pro-Israel organisations" opposed to rally.

   Thank you for all your “get well” wishes. I’m well on my way to recovery, my fever is gone and my throat is getting a bit better.

   In total, it has laid off over 2500 employees so far this year.

   Its CEO was paid $48.5M in 2023 — 250x the company's typical worker.

   Yesterday, the company announced a $60B stock buyback program.

   Textbook corporate greed.

   @GreenSkyOverMe I do mine intramuscularly into the vastus lateralis muscle in my thigh, rotating the leg each week.

   In terms of packaging, it's homebrew vials. All you have to do it carefully remove just the top of the metal lid covering the rubber stopper when you start a new vial. Other than that, there's nought much to it.

   The only other thing to be mindful of is not pushing through the same stopper hole each time, as that risks coring the vial.
