A three panel comic called Hide from webcomicname.com. In the first panel two blob children with the words vulva and penis written over their crotches are told "you need to hide your genitals" by what's presumably a teacher (wearing one of those weird student hats. In the next panel the children are clothed and the teacher says "but only wear clothing that represents those genitals" and in the third and last "whenever people see your clothes they should really be thinking about your genitals". The kids responds "oh no" which is the signature ending of this comic.

@aagot @benteh This was the one I was vaguely remembering, but it has no aliens, I had my comic wires crossed.
