You can already get these features in LibreOffice by sourcing it from the wider ecosystem: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-in-business/ – But we understand that some people want it in the app directly from The Document Foundation. We (TDF) have very limited resources and focus on the desktop app, but we have some ideas for collaborative features coming up...
