   Not being a lawyer, I still offer #BankruptcyFraud of an unusal kind.

   As @pluralistic has repeatedly pointed out, it is next to impossible to move a huge user base such as #X's from one platform to another. Users will disperse. #Twitter's IT and programming is ages old.
