Unexpectedly, Ramsay didn't like the chicken, and pointed out Jorge included the butt of the lettuce, proving it's not properly washed, as he tears it open, showing the waitress how it looks wrong on the inside. He also complains that the César salad is spicy. The waitress confirms "everything is spicy", as if that's just normal at Park's Edge. Again, Wypipo don season dey food.
The waitress relays this information to Jorge, asking why the salad is spicy. Jorge puts that pesky Angloid in his place (behind his back) by telling the waitress
First of all, César salad is not from Europe, it's from Méjico. I'm the Mexican here, you're not. It's supposed to be spicy.Curiously, to me it sounds like the way Jorge pronounces the "j" in Méjico is more like how an English speaker would pronounce it.
As more food gets served and all is spicy, Ramsay requests that Richard also taste the food. Richard almost chokes on the food his business partner prepares. Richard can't escape. Buck breaking in action. Richard regrets his life choices.
