   @TechConnectify I think there's something to note, though: even if Mastodon ever implements an automatic system, it will be "local" to each instance: some will activate it, others won't. Some instances that aren't even Mastodon may not have it at all, or may work differently.

   In any case, even if better tools are created, the instance you're in is the key element when it comes to moderation on this network. This is both its strength (it allows you to find a system that suits you better than a single, universal moderation system) and its weakness (finding the right instance is a chore that many people would like to avoid).
