An "Insert Hyperlink" dialog. The first choice is "Link to", which has options "Existing File or Web Page", "Place in This Document", and "E-mail Address". Those have icons that I can only describe as "windows 95-esque", they seem to use a 256-color palette, if not 16. The "Existing File or Web Page" tab is selected, and the rest of the dialog shows "Text to display", and there's a button next to that with the label "ScreenTip...", which I'm assuming is text that would appear on hover. Below this, there's a file explorer, and the selected "folder" is some hexadecimal string, because it's actually a OneDrive folder, not a local folder. Here two we have three tabs: Current Folder, Browser Pages (does it take those from Internet Explorer history?), and Recent files. Finally at the bottom we have an Address input field, which is where you can paste a URL if you want to, and then a pair of OK and Cancel buttons.
