   In #Trondheim 🇳🇴 we can get up to 1.000 NOK for buying and mounting spikes on bikes. This money comes from Miljøpakken (https://miljopakken.no/nyheter/sok-stotte-til-piggdekk-bli-vintersyklist) which is a communal effort to decrease car use in the city. It's a very fast application process, and I should have the money within a few days after having been to the bike store today.
