It's really good to see unequivocal discussion that covid is airborne and we urgently need to improve indoor air quality.
Slightly troubling that it implies covid is over.
No discussion of the fact that there is still a place for masks especially given it will take time for building HVAC upgrades, and we need a fix for near field spread especially in places like hospitals and doctors offices.
I am also troubled that places like head offices and private schools will get upgrades while public schools and public transit will not.
Circling back, yeah covid is not over. Just tonight Toronto EMS declared a code red. Yes the system was already underfunded but adding an additional 20% workload from covid is only making matters worse. Just look at the covid hospitalizations.
