Old French Corail trains (in yellow first class design) which are like super comfortable sofas you can lounge in. They are the best. Unfortunately they get phased out.

   Fourth to last train of the day, and the nicest one today – my Interrail pass of summer 23 is coming to an end.
   On the traditionally crappy route from Basel to Saarbrücken, it’s the traditional vermicelli pastry, beer and water from Basel SNCF.

   With additional tickets and Deutschlandticket, I have been traveling since 22 August. More trips coming up in the next three weeks but then I think I gotta give the Deuter Trail 24 a bit of rest 😑
