Has anyone else noticed how successive governments’ wars on ‘ teenagers, homeless people and other “undesirables” have left us with basically zero public seating Notice how removing seating doesn't actually prevent people from sitting? It just makes them uncomfortable and makes public spaces more hostile. It doesn't actually control behavior, unless there's a cop around to harass a homeless person/teen about whatever they're sitting on.
