   Dror Eydar, Israel's Ambassador to #Italy (2019-2022) was a typical political appointment of #Netanyahu. In 2019, he claimed Haaretz liberal daily newspaper is "a newspaper owned by a family that supported the #Nazi regime", referring to the Haaretz Group selling a 25% stake to German publisher M. DuMont Schauberg (2006-2011).

   Unofficial response to Eydar spilling the beans:

   "This is not normal... It goes against any political stance. He is not in an official position yet, causing tremendous damage. All of Israel's haters quote him as if he represents the entire state."
