For me, I talk about Fedi a LOT. I'm very passionate about this place, so I browse the Fediverse and mastodon hashtags vigorously and have follow relationships with a lot of the devs and leaders in this space.
It's not as easy as corporate platforms. It takes work to build a feed you like and can interact with the people on your feed. I've been here for about a year now and have been fortunate, I feel.
Also, lists. If you end up following a lot of people like me, putting people into lists based on the topics they discuss, has helped me organize.
