   I struggle to understand the thinking with these extreme modifications.
   I don't know anyone who thinks it looks beautiful or attractive, and health-wise she is unable to eat or drink properly - yet she's vowed to go on getting more and more filler.
   Is it a rivalry thing, or a copycat thing? So many people now spend thousands on extreme (and dangerous) plastic surgeries. I don't understand why.
