More gear:
Dry gear/wet gear - keep them separate. If you only have one change of clothes, put your dry gear on when you stop moving or need to sleep. Put the wet gear on when you’re moving and generating body heat. You can attempt to dry small items like socks and gloves off while you hike by putting them on your shoulders or armpits. Use dry bags and ziplocks to keep things organized and dry.
