my partner climbing down a rock field like 10 minutes after we decided to bail. We thought about turning back around because it looked so fine downwind of us, but the wind kept picking up and the clouds coming our way just kept getting thicker

   I meant to hike courthouse for sunrise today but my phone shut itself off sometime while I was sleeping despite being at 99% charged??

   I woke up at 5:30 instead of 4 and my partner and I decided to still go for it knowing the weather might not let us summit.

   we ended up bailing SO close because the clouds were blowing in from the one direction we couldn't see on the scramble section.

   Usually if I'm going to bail, I'll bail early so this one kind of hurts lol.
