   @lunarised Now that you have been blessed with a certain level of Negritude, tread carefully.
   
   You will find some blacks insist that the only vocative you use with them is "nigga", and still others who absolutely refuse to respond to it. Still fewer are those who are indifferent, such as myself, because we realize the deep truth that - despite its origins - demanding to have that expression be used only intra-racially, or demanding it never be used, is in fact giving the word some power over you.
   
   Rest assured - I will never penalize you and your choices if your intentions are nonaggressive, but some blacks will.
   
   After all, we are not one personality. We are merely one family, one race.
