   @davidrevoy @fell IANAL but IMHO, within the EU, they cannot assume your consent and forcibly create an obligation. When confidential information must be exchanged between parties, it is necessary that an agreement be signed and so mutually agreed *before* the confidential information is shared.

   Ad absurdo: Imagine an incoming email stating something like: "This message creates an obligation for the intended recipient to pay the sender a monthly fee of 100€". (1/n)
