The proposed plans and an accompanying R&R shall be filed on the Singleton, Milligan, and Caster docket sheets no later than the close of business MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2023. However, if the Special Master is able to complete his task before that date, we encourage him to file those plans and an accompanying R&R as expeditiously as possible, consistent with the need for thoughtful and deliberate analysis.
