   Consider that some are wishing him great suffering and are quite happy to see him suffer this horrible ailment. They are not mocking the illness, but his suffering.

   Mass shootings are bad. 40 million have lived within a mile of one. Virtually no one was cheering James T. Hodgkinson for starting one. Enough were just disappointed that Scalise lived.

   To be sure, there are some Trumpian enough to mock his ailment to mock him. Few in Mastodon.
