Last night my brother in law, an avid #pdx cyclist, was found unconscious with a broken collarbone and punctured lung. He is recovering now but our family thinks he may have been hit by a car due to the severity of his injuries. He has been road biking and cyclocross racing for decades and is unlikely to have caused his own injuries. My sister is looking for anyone who may have more information or video footage from the place and time in her post below.
