Parallel to the rail, there's a road, after that a line of trees and then a sandy beach by the water, which I assume is a river. On the opposite shore, another line of trees and then relatively tall buildings of various bland colors. They should be between 5 and 10 stories high. At least the ones we can see over the trees.
