A 1970s-era experimental Air Force cargo plane, with twin jet engines placed above and in front of the wings so their exhaust flows over the wing for extra lift, flying over the desert. The wings are a shoulder mount, common for military cargo planes that operate from rough airstrips to reduce the chances of hitting something or having something kick up and get in the engines.
