   @lanodan Around 1 in 1000 people are born with 6 fingers, some forms of polydactyl are actually a dominant trait. Unfortunately it gets treated like an abnormality and the sixth finger is often removed, even if it would be fully functional, although sometimes the extra finger ends up being useless or looks quite odd.
