   Stable Diffusion XL 1.0 just came out today.

   It's an interesting step forward. It'll probably be fantastic in a few months, once the community has had time to work on it.

   It's also much more resource heavy, giving even my video card with 12GB of VRAM some difficulty. SD 1.5 based models run comfortably in 4GB of VRAM.

   Advanced techniques like controlnet are currently unavailable but I'm pretty sure they'll be coming soonish.
