DOH ADVISORY July 22, 2023 Official Communication from The Health Secretary on the Lifting of COVID-19 Protocols In accordance with the Executive Order (E0) in question, it is hereby conveyed that all established medical protocols are henceforth lifted, with the exception of the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) pertaining to vaccines and the payment of outstanding dues for the Health Emergency Allowance. The validity period of the former shall be extended for an additional year, allowing for the depletion of remaining vaccine supplies. Consequently, the requirement for wearing masks in public transportation and other settings as specified in E0 7 is now considered rescinded from a technical standpoint.
