The Microsoft Power Automate app has a checkmark "It's OK to send me occasional promotional e-mails". Depending on country you put in, it's either unchecked by default, checked by default, or gives you no choice and forcefully opts you in. E.g. for US it's forced opt-in, for Mexico it's checkbox with it being checked by default, for EU countries it's opt-in with checkbox being unchecked by default.
