These are in my local public library… I live in Kentucky in a red district.
If I were to say to a leftist that this ideology is being forced on children, I imagine some of them would use religion as a counter argument. There are no religious books in the children’s section at my library, despite the high Christian population. So how do the people of a community influence the kind of material in their public library? Because I keep hearing conservatives ban books, and yet here we are.
