@tk Pretty much why I tend to use aggregators instead, like repology.org for all packages and manned.org for manpages of major distros + BSDs.
(And ♥ on distros where there's good utilities to search for packages)

@dalias @atoponce Part of why I really like repology.org although it won't help for internal systems which is sadly rather frequent in embedded.

@sjw In fact I got quite used to seeing HaikuPorts on repology.org but looking through the package manager…
There's webkit-gtk, vim, vis, elixir (yeah), …, a bunch of video games, …
(And curl, git, … are there by default)
At least for me I think I really should consider it as a supported target similarly to {Net,Free,Open}BSD.
