However, following the property manager's review of the A/R Report earlier this week, he gave instructions to file a number of evictions and your unit was included. Therefore, today the Constable will be posting the notice. I'm sorry it has come to this but we can certainly work to make sure that you don't have to move. The hearing has been set for 6/28/23 at 11am. Is there any way that you can pay the rent before that date/time? If so, we can contact the JOP and cancel the eviction for you.
