Nice day #Today!

Difficult but rewarding bit of yoga, then an absolutely spectacular visit to @museumofportablesound during which I was transported round the world via bell--among other rambling adventures. It was an amazing time, and anyone who likes interesting/lovely noises should book themselves a ticket! Now I'm glorying in the bounty of newly delivered groceries and exploring a soundscape just released by a favorite Youtube creator.

Hope everyone's midweek is going ok!

Grateful for the
forest of dream that rose from origins
unknown to shelter
a weary wanderer this morning

For the brambles who tucked
soft words into beleaguered pockets;

Less poetic translation: Extremely tired #today and finding a lovely refuge in a particularly gentle nature track full of birds and other small rustling's, paired with an ambient AI-driven music generator. It has proved to be a lovely sonic space for yoga, meditation and writing thus far. Might need a different vibe for breakfast, though... ? :SleepyCat:
