    自前 Mastodon インスタンスで画像が投稿できない問題が発生していて調査しているんだけど、かなり謎
    * サーバーは Ubuntu (Vultr)
    * メディアストレージは Cloudflare R2
    * サーバー上から R2 に対してリクエストを投げると 2 分間ぴったりの遅延が発生する (ので Mastodon 上で画像を投稿しようとするとタイムアウトで切られる)
    という状況…
