I'm in NYC with my wife for a little getaway for two. The hotel we're staying at has a breakfast sandwich for $21.

TWENTY ONE American Dollars!! It does not have truffles, foie gras, or caviar. It is egg, meat, and cheese on bread.

"How much could a banana cost? Ten dollars?"

It’s so frustrating when people associate ADHD with laziness. It’s not laziness, it’s inertia.

In ADHD-friendly spaces, tasks get broken down into smaller parts and runways get cleared. This makes me more capable of initiating action, sustaining focus, and maximizing my momentum.

For some people a normal day is just having a cup of coffee, going to work, and then dinner at home.

And inexplicably, for others, it’s working to usher in a world that harms people and remove their rights simply for existing.

In my experience, the best design happens when clear direction meets creative freedom. Here’s the approach I always take when working with a designer during the brainstorming phase. I ask for three things:

1. One version that follows my request closely.
2. One that deviates from it by 20-30%.
3. One that’s whatever the designer wants to do.

This method ensures the work stays focused, respects the designer’s craft, and uncovers ideas no one saw coming.
