The "alleged" domestic terrorist, Alex Pretti, being pepper sprayed in the face while holding his PHONE and filming. He was a trained observer. It is not illegal to film DHS goons; it is also NOT illegal for him to carry a weapon, you know, that whole 2A thing. About 6+ goons got on top of him, pistol whipped him and then shot him in the back. One of the goons removed his gun and took off with it. This was #MURDER#StandWithMinnesota#FuckICE
We have a new little addition to our family! This little loves peanut butter and peanuts. Hubby built the cute little house to cover the food and squirrel. I was thinking of the name Shorty as half the tail is missing. #Alaska#NewFamilyMember#SquirrelLove#AlaskaSnow
FYI...I am still in heavy Christmas bazaar mode, but had to share the FOUR sea otters currently being cared for at Alaska SeaLife Center. They are all gorgeous orphaned dolls! I shall return to my regular posting at some point in the not too distant future, but for now...YIKES!!! :christmastree: :christmaspresents: #AlaskaWinter#AlaskaMarineLife#OrphanedSeaOtterPups#AlaskaSeaLifeCenter
The highlight of my day! Kindergartners in tubes coming down the snow hill. 🩷 Hope everyone is doing well! Miss you all, but I must stay focused on Christmas bazaars right now. Wishing all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving! #Resist#StayStrong#LoveFromAlaska 🥰
**Tears of joy alert!!! "On Alaska's frozen shoreline, oil rig workers made a discovery that stopped them cold—a walrus calf, alone and wailing, separated from his mother in waters over 50 miles away. Most walrus pups don't survive 24 hours without maternal contact. This one had already been crying for days. The Alaska SeaLife Center team didn't hesitate. They designed something unprecedented: round-the-clock "cuddle therapy." Staff members now work in rotating shifts, bottle-feeding every three hours while cradling the 85-pound infant against their chests, mimicking the constant warmth he'd know from his mother. They hum. They rock. They never leave him alone. The transformation has been miraculous. Within weeks, the calf—who arrives limp and dehydrated—now nuzzles into his caregivers' arms, makes happy chirping sounds, and has gained 12 pounds. He recognizes voices. He reaches for familiar faces. Sometimes survival is just about showing up with love." #Alaska#AlaskaSeaLifeCenter#WalrusPup#Love
