Personally I just upgraded to Wi-Fi6E late 2024 (and have a new MacBook that supports it too..speed/latency/coverage is awesome..than again i was upgrading from 802.11n so anything would've been faster...).
Adoption for Wi-Fi 7 in 2025 will be strong though. Lots of color/insights in this piece ....
