I never imagined there would come a day when I sided with the Catholic church on an issue. Yet here it is. Does this mean hell froze over? I'm ready to pay for my grandchildren to attend Catholic school but convincing their mother is no easy task.

  The new stipulations from the The Diocese of Des Moines went into effect on Monday, and all revolve on how the religious organization deals with gender identity.

User actions

Woman, mother, feminist, an actual military service veteran with combat skills, not just a pretty face. My feminism includes all women, of course, and excludes all men; even the ones who "feel" like women & use illogical pronouns. Never cis. GC. Gender IS bias. Humans (in fact all mammals) never change sex. Institutionally enforced preferred pronouns are compelled speech. Children are being mass groomed & sexually exploited.
