#fediblock should absolutely include receipts else it will become commonplace for trolls to conduct false flag reports towards minorities, as they have already done in the past.

Not strictly requiring receipts just plays into the hand of the bigots. It is trivial to do so on the internet. You're not “listening to all victims”, you're dis-empowering them.

And frankly, those that don't want to provide receipts are usually doing so to muddy the waters, and using what should be a line of communication to increase the safety of the fediverse for their own less noble motivations.

This position is utterly indefensible and by playing into the hands of racists and bigots, you're a collaborator, and to be frank no better than a racist or bigot.
