I was trying to rank the Terminator films in my head, and I kind of decided that T2 is the best, and T3 is the least interesting and therefore maybe worst??

I mean, Terminator Salvation and Genisys are at least trying to shake up the franchise and take big swings. And Dark Fate is actually *good*.

Also, I do think it's funny that Salvation has no time travel whatsoever, and then Genisys is 100 percent wacky time travel.

I believe the core value of any urban housing policy should be this:

The people who work in restaurants, coffee shops, janitorial services, etc., should have a nice place to live and a very short commute. There should be plenty of housing for the people who keep the city going. That's it.
