Classic FM playing their soothing music to calm animals this evening, because that's the sort of thing we have to do in response to the unending artillery barrage of fireworks. In the case of our rescue cats we also had to get calming drugs.

For the cats. The drugs are for the cats.

Desperately in need of a cup of tea. Legs numb. Mouth dry. Discomfort increasing…

But we all know I'm going to sit here for as long as is necessary not to disturb this sweetheart.
