Elon Musk just confirmed that a prominent right wing influencer on the platform was suspended for posting "child exploitation pictures"

seems like things are going good over at Reddit where the company (led by its CEO “spez”) just launched its open pixel art canvas known as r/Place while users protest against recent Twitter-like API changes that killed third-party apps

when Threads launched, a number of right wing accounts with a history of posting misinformation on other platforms were flagged with a warning label informing users that they “repeatedly posted false information”

however, it appears Threads has now removed these labels

a Meta spokesperson told Donald Trump Jr. that his account was flagged in “error” and that it’s since “been fixed”

Twitter just locked my account after I asked Twitter's head of Trust & Safety Ella Irwin why I haven't been informed of what tweet broke Twitter's policies

Seems they forgot to force me to delete the tweet the first time, like they did the other suspended journalists.
