Since I'm now a good way into DOOM 2016: It's alright. The music is good, the gameplay is fun, but it's all kinda samey?

Also the platforming is terrible. Jumps are constantly spaced so you need the safety pull-up, and the checkpoints are much too far apart for instakill falls.

Overall, I still believe the best singleplayer shooter of 2016 is Titanfall 2. I am not kidding. That campaign is AMAZING.
