Husband and son went fishing in lake Ontario this weekend and caught 131 perch. Mmmmmm.
Just got them all cleaned and packaged up for the freezer.
We put a beanbag so my husband can go still. Still wears him out but better than sitting around doing nothing!
Fish tacos, fish fry, broiled, pan fried etc... It is one of the tastiest fish there is! Firm and zero fishy taste! This is around $400 worth of fish. Caught yesterday. Score! ?
