It was cool-not cool to be in #Venice during one of the flood tides caused by the full moon and Sirroco winds. Both days around noon water gurgled up from the drains in San Marco Piazza and breached canal walls in many low places, including the crowded sidewalks along the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge. #Italy #AcquaAlta

I put an owl nest box up at my sister's house last winter and a pair of Western Screech-Owls moved right in this spring. She calls the female Enid and the male DoorDash since he brings her food all the time. #owls
