Did you ever consider the reason you feel as you do might be that we are experiencing the consequences of exponential growth in the face of multiple non-negotiable planetary and local limits and yet the power to actuate needed balancing loops has been, in many instances, captured by the vested interests of a small elite?

I mean perhaps a herbal bath or more exercise or less screen time wouldn't hurt but it could be other things at play.

You do not owe your life, your health, or the beauty of the world to the "economy" or the oligarchs who benefit from the widespread belief that the only form of economy we could have is a hungry beast that must be fed sacrifices of all sorts.

Proposal to stop referring to covid in the past tense and climate change in the future tense.

One thing #covid and #climate have in common is that many people focus weight the cost of acting highly and neglect the cost of not acting.

But not counting the cost is not the same as there not being a cost.
