Hey y'all - be careful with the Signal app. I use it for confidential communications, but it has a new bug where it sends messages to the wrong person! It's happened to me a number of times this week, and now I've learned from my podcast engineer that it's happening to him, too.
It's a shame because I specifically use Signal (and its disappearing messages) for privacy. Now, it's the one app I will not use for them. Very risky to know your message may go to a random other contact!

Most simply stated, our nervous systems do not operate independently but in concert with the other nervous systems around us. It’s as if we share one collective nervous system. Our physical and mental health is contingent on nurturing those connections. Leaving others behind is futile and stupid.
