Madeleine L' Engle was way ahead of her time, and I read her books as a kid...'A Wrinkle in Time' had a huge influence on me. The movie was awful. The book was the first I ever read about a really smart girl who is---the main protagonist. The book is VERY relevant to the world today. It's not just a kid's book. It's still on my bookshelf and I still read it...because of the very ideas in her quote.

He's veteran and very intelligent, and I'd vote for him in a heartbeat for president. He's fair, balanced, and not 'too' anything.He's not a token anything, or 'run of the mill' either. He's a good man, period.

So many do not understand when you take away basic, American rights from one person, regardless of race, country of origin, gender, or religious beliefs...or what they say, it has a way of rebounding on everyone. At some point all of us can be affected. We could be arrested and taken away, or disappear, if the new administration doesn't like what I say...'The president is a jerk'. THAT might get a natural born American citizen neutralized. It CAN happen here.

When you act like you are entitled due to wealth, you can also be an expert on entitlements it seems. Does he realize that most of us paid our hard-earned money over a lifetime for those entitlements?
His comeuppance will not be pretty...

I used to work with vaccines and I'm still a strong advocate for them. You have a big audience...Keep putting it out there! You can get more attention to it one day than I could in 10 years!

I first realized how great an actor he was when I saw, 'I Never Sang for My Father'. After that, he could do no wrong as an actor in my book. He was authentic...you forgot he was acting.

What no one is talking about in regards to measles is how it can mess up the immune system for up to 3 years. It happened to me in the time before there was a vaccine, although they had not connected the dots on it back then.

I'm more worried about his cognition. Everyone just says,"That's the way he is", but it's more than that.

At his age, I'd be surprised if he wasn't taking medications, especially considering his lifestyle and diet. He'd bruise easily due to drugs such as Warfarin.
