Figuring out the right first printer can be tough, so I guess my initial questions would be:

What are you planning to print with it and what made you consider the Prusa?

My approach to parsing product reviews online:

Ignore 5 star and 1 star reviews, these are the fanboys and haters. Ignore 3 stars, they can't make their mind up.

2 and 4 star reviews is where it's at: here you'll quickly find out the actual pros and cons of a product.
